I just found this fabulous medical tourism site that breaks down the cost per country of one cycle of IVF. The company will make all arrangements for you (travel, lodging, VISA, appts, etc.). I'm so jazzed that if we have to turn to IVF we have an option. I figure Turkey is our first option since they specialize in patients over 35. They don't do donor anything, though. So, if we have to go that option, we'll do Czech Republic which does donor everything for about the same price as Turkey (plus the very reasonable costs for the donor eggs and/or sperm).
